Doing Exceptional Deeds (D.A.D.) is a community-based youth development organization focused on life skills, mentorship, and personal growth for students in grades 6–12. Our programs are designed to support character development, decision-making, leadership, and real-world readiness.
What We Do:
All activities are educational and developmental in nature. While many participants are student-athletes, D.A.D. does not operate as a sports team, training organization, or recruiting service.
To build a scalable, community-to-community platform that connects youth, mentors, and industries — creating a pipeline that turns personal development into long-term opportunity.

D.A.D. maintains strict compliance boundaries. Participation in D.A.D. has no connection to school team selection, playing time, or eligibility status.

Our programs are intentionally structured to avoid any conflict with school-based athletics, eligibility rules, or recruitment regulations.
D.A.D. does not serve as an extension of any school, athletic program, or governing body.
All D.A.D. staff and volunteers agree to the following standards. Any violation results in removal from program involvement.

Participation is voluntary and independent of school-related activities. All programming is independent of school athletic programs and complies with district guidelines and California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) standards.
